JDove-Miller

Jacqueline Dove-Miller is a retired high school English teacher with 31 years of educational service.  During her copious leisure time, Jackie writes creative non-fiction articles about retirement and growing older, where she explores the emotional impact of freedom from work and the physical changes that often take older, formerly active adults by surprise.  She also writes book, movie and travel reviews.

 Jackie is the owner and operator of Spirit of Peace, an in-home business that markets inspirational novelties that feature her original prayers, poems, and graphics.  Recently she has begun to write and perform inspirational spoken-word and has produced a sample CD of her inspirational poetry, A Spoken Word of a Woman Who Can.  Having had a deep love for the written word most of her life, Jackie finds the spoken-word a powerful avenue through which to share her poetic ministry.
